Jack-O-Lanterns
Last night we made our Jack-O-Lanterns for family night. This is one of my favorite Holiday traditions. Eric does not like doing pumpkins. So we have this deal. I do the pumpkins for Halloween and he makes and decorates sugar cookies for Santa with the kids on Christmas Eve. Works out great. Although this year was not that bad doing pumpkins the boys did everything on theirs by themselves. I think they all turn our great. HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!

We did our pumpkin carving last night too! I just need to get the pictures and post done now. Maybe later.... Yours turned out really cute! Isn't it great that boys love stuff like this?
What is the stuff on the floor? Is it butcher paper? If so that is a great idea.
We just carved ours on Halloween evening. It makes for a crowded night but it's what we do. I love the pumpkin thing...That is the only part of Halloween I like.
Well....and hot soup with homeade rolls. :)
BTW thanks for the recommendation to visit Mount Vernon while in D.C. We loved it. I don't know that it would have made our list if you hadn't told me about it. It may even be my favorite part of D.C. My husband even liked it because he loves gardening.
