Two new Posts

Took me long enough. Eric got a new computer for Christmas and moved all the pictures over to it. I finally sat down today to learn a little about how to find it. So here is a two new posts. Yippy.

WOW what a crazy busy week.

Allie going to Jr. Prom started our crazy week off on Friday. She went with Isaac Nay. She had a wonderful time. I think he had the prettiest date there. My she is sure growing up. Talor and I went shopping with her for her dress. Allie thought she would want a short dress but Talor told her it was prom and she needed to try on some long ones too. Allie tried this dress on and there was no turning back it was the perfect one for her.

Right after Allie left for Prom the rest of the family hopped in the car and headed for St George. Hannah had a Dance competition there. This year she competes in a ballet class (white costume), Jazz Class (purple costume) and She is in the production number. This year the production number is Aladin. She is a flying carpet in that dance. It was a long fun day. They did very well and she loved every minute. The last picture is how excited Josh and Braden were about sitting there all day. They were good sports though.

Because we were gone on Allie's Birthday we celebrated Monday night. She turned 17 this year. Wow were does time go. Happy Birthday Allie. She wanted lots of little presents each wrapped individually. Not all her gifts in one sack like I like to do.

Tuesday was Allie's Birthday she had a track meet then went out with friends for pizza and ice cream. We got to go to Salt Lake and see Talor in the USU wind orchestra play in a concert.

Josh got braces on his teeth this week. What a great April Fools day for him.

Braden turned 12 this week. He got to have a surprise birthday party. He and his Dad went and played basketball at the gym one morning. When they came home friends and family were here waiting for him. We had breakfast with everyone. The night of his birthday Eric and I took Braden out to dinner. He chose to go to Tucanos. All you can eat meat. He was in heaven. The picture of him with the cake and candle is his left over Death by Chocolate cake he got from the restaurant. Happy Birthday Braden.

Happy Easter

Today was a great Easter day. The kids woke up and looked for the eggs that were hid for them. We listened to General Conference. Then had a little BBQ with family. We did miss Talor. She stayed in Logan.

One More Halloween Picture

Talor sent me pictures of her and her roomates on Hallween...Fun Fun. Talor went as Hannah or a little girl. Everyone at the party she was at kept telling her she needed to go home it was past her bed time. But really they didn't want her to. From what I hear many Old Farm residents think she makes a mean smoothie so she had to stay up past her bed time.

First Snow, Daddy Daughter Date, and Halloween. My what a week.

Last week we had our first snow of the season. Hannah and Braden are off track so Hannah enjoyed playing in the snow.

This is her snow baby she built and packed around. She even brought it into our house.

She even made this snow man all by herself. I only had to help lift the middle ball onto the bottom. She did everything else by herself.

Friday was Hannah's first Daddy Daughter Date for activity day. It was a mixed up mania theme. They had to dress crazy and do hair crazy. Then they ate spaghetti crazy and with crazy cooking utensils. Hannah had an egg whisk to eat with. She told me she just picked it up with her hand and put it onto the whisk to eat it.

We did her hair with pipe cleaners and braids.

They dressed the same but then Eric wore Hannah's beads and headbands and Hannah wore Eric's tie. They put on miss matched shoes. Hannah said the activity was WONDERFUL.

I thought Halloween was going to be less crazy this year because it wasn't a school day. It was a calm day until Allie and her friend Taylor decided to knit there leg warmers on the looms for their costumes at 4:00 pm for their 7:00 pm party. Then Halloween became crazy. Eric was even knitting the last one while I started hair and make-up. We got both done but one is two inches shorter than the other. But everyone ended up having great fun. Lots of candy and a little scaring down at Lovers Lane. OOOOOH.

Allie dressed up as an 80's workout person. I thought we got the hair just right. Hannah was dressed to go to the Masquerade ball.

The Boys did the glow stick man for their costumes.

These are our pumpkins we carved this year. One of my favorite things to do.
I will admit the throwing up one is mine. Josh thought it would be funny to have it throw up on his. Hannah made beaded earrings for hers and Braden's looked like it had been in a fight. This year was great. The boys did theirs all by themselves. I'll I had to do was scrape a little of Hannahs and cut her. WOW they are growing up.
